Yep, when you park those wide body planes with more FO's than Capts and replace them with 717's and 737's, you need more Capts. That's good if you're high enough up the seniority list to hold it, but for those of us in the bottom 1/3, it will be another slide backwards as they displace off the 767 and 320 and it cascades down to the 717/DC9 right seats.
