Reserve pay is "substantially increased" with the new PWA. Displacements are a function of management staffing the airline and cannot be controlled by the PWA.
You miss the point. My point is that there were ways to increase pay on reserve without us caving to this ALV+15 nonsense. I pay substantial amounts of money to ALPA for them to negotiate these things and they did a poor job in my opinion. That's just how I see it-I can see a lot of people here disagree.
