Acy is just a numbers game. Those 25 FO's from last month were there on paper only. They aren't done with training till the end of feb. This month there aren't any new hire classes for the bid, and they wanted to upgrade 12 and continue to grow the DFW base. That means there must be reductions somewhere to balance the bid. There will always be an ebb and flow of FO's in acy as long as we are growing at such a rapid pace.
