A thought...
Vote yes you will lose pay maybe even down to 4 yr of pay. Some will be furloughed less than people think. My personal guess is that the furloughs will be less than 300 total. Keep in mind attrition will not only be to Delta. You also have new rest rules that are going to require increased staffing.
Vote no and you will be furloughed by mid 2014 and your pay will go to mid twenties as you start over at another regional. If you can go to a major then your pay will be higher, but getting hired without being current is difficult.
Seems to me the only logical choice is VOTE YES.
Yes you will lose but you will lose less than voting no unless you are super senior and retiring in the next 18 months
