Not trying to put the cart in front of the horse, but I'm curious what kind of work environment prospective new hires can look forward to. I get that relations with management aren't so great, but it'd be nice to avoid shifty glances from fellow pilots.

It's a non-factor if you ask me. No stigma whatsoever. Once the SLI is done, many of these issues will go away. I'm curious how soon we will be able to bid across previous s-cal / s-UAL divide.
