Plenty of dumb educated people out there. Just look at the HR dept. a 4 year degree just proves that you have the cash and time to attend. A 4 yr degree shows discipline, commitment, & drive. I like the requirement. If someone truly wants to work for an airline that requires a 4 yr degree, then it won't be an issue. I think it isn't about just intelligence.
