Any SWA employee can ride on the FA jumpseat and there is no way to book it in advance or any seniority ranking to assigning it--it's all who is willing to sit at the gate the longest before the CSA's open the flight up one hour prior to push that determines who gets it. Makes things really difficult for FA's who have to commute.
