There will always be more rapid movement on the E190 in regards to seniority, dont worry.
Rapid movement true (to a point). But there there is still movement on the A320 due to upgrades (CAPT in both aircraft) and those going to FO on the E190 for seniority. However, in total pay, types of trips and destinations, the A320 is better. Plus if you talk overall productivty, both aircraft $uck, but there are more of the higher productivity trips (mainly Island turns, or other 7hrs plus per day type turns) on the A320.
Now, as other have said, 98% of JetBlue's redeye flying is done on the A320 where the E190 does very little. Plus, 100% of transcon flying is done on the A320.
Something to worry about is what if you where one of the last guys hired for 6 months or a year. Which aircraft would you rather sit reserve on? (for 6-12+ months). To me, the A320 is the better choice, regardless of movement.
Just my opinion.......
