How do you know this? Have you been privvy to meetings between DAL and AWAC? Have you seen signed paperwork?
I doubt AWAC would sign any agreement unless it was as watertight as possible and guaranteed them a source of income for a number of years.
AWAC has no payscale for a 76-seat jet. I don't know how an agreement could be signed without concrete numbers on costs.
