Rapid movement true (to a point). But there there is still movement on the A320 due to upgrades (CAPT in both aircraft) and those going to FO on the E190 for seniority. However, in total pay, types of trips and destinations, the A320 is better. Plus if you talk overall productivty, both aircraft $uck, but there are more of the higher productivity trips (mainly Island turns, or other 7hrs plus per day type turns) on the A320.

All true if you are in the top 10%...for everyone else it's the same six west coast destinations and red eye island turns. I have flown a small handful of day trips in two years and that's on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. 20 days a month and barely break 80 hours.
