$1600/month training pay + $55/day per diem + free board at Residence Inn

$1600/month until OE completion or 4 month - whichever comes first. (Our 76 class hit 4 months before OE completion - 74 may be a lot less)

Guarantee is 50 hours for first year at $75+. Depending on how much reserve you sit or operate you can factor in per diem. 62 with one year on property.

I opt out of healthcare due to wife's job and also take advantage of 401k. Take home mid month is around 1650. Per diem / overtime / etc is paid at the end of the month from previous month bean counters. That has ranged anywhere from 1650 to 4300 take home.

So many factors to consider...OE being backed up, enough LCA, enough flying, etc. This has been my experience midway through 76 program. Through the maturity on the 767 program it may be different now. 74 from what I have gathered is a better oiled machine.

Better than some...not as good as others. Still happy to be here though.
