Once a carrier no longer provides feed for a certain price, that price becomes irrelevant in future negotiations. I don't work at 9E and would never try to tell someone there how to vote (not that a random opinion on a message board would sway a reasonable person's vote anyway), but I don't see how a "No" vote could be seen as having the same long term effect on the industry as a "Yes" vote.
They see it in these 2 ways...either TA passes and those lower rates are used in future negotiations at other regionals, or pinnacle shuts down and other regional pilots see 2 big regionals shut down for not playing ball and would rather take a lower rate than be on the street.
