I went home once during training, on a 3-day break that was supposed to be after the Oral, but at the last minute was switched to just prior to my Oral. Going home depends heavily on how easy it is to Jumpseat home (mine was easy with tons of flights). West Coast guys in my class never left.

I remember a 747 class had 8 days off over thanksgiving, I ended up with one day off. As with all things Atlas, just because your schedule says you have days off doesn't mean you will, especially if you're in the sim portion of training. Especially on the 767, your sim schedule will change early/often. The only constant is constant change!
