R57 relay,

I really don't know if there are to be two individual or one blanketing MOU.

USAPA has significant contract provisions that LCC management wants removed.

The specific protections that USAPA may agree to eliminate in a future MOU include:
  • - Minimum Fleet Size
  • - Minimum Block Hours
  • - Scope
  • - Code Share
  • - Change of Control

MOU v1 provided US Airways’ pilots with:
  • Pay increases 33% to 52% higher than current rates.
  • A 14% DC plan
  • Improved scope language with a no furlough clause and pay protection
  • A seat at the JCBA table
  • USAPA recognized as an agent
  • Industry leading 3-year pay and total cockpit cost parity with DAL and UAL
  • Homogenized Health & Welfare with improvements
  • A signing bonus

I would expect we would see a similar ratio of flying as in the first MOU with no relaxation in scope.
