Any thoughts on the timeline of when I should complete the test? I was given "anytime this next week." For those who will be interviewing in January, HR was requesting the test to be completed by Sunday evening. The reason stated was that HR would be having a half day in the office on Monday and off on Tuesday.

Is there an advantage of points accumulation taking the test sooner? I'm guessing that following the direction of "sometime next week" is more appropriate than a rush.
