Now that the test is over I thought I'd post a synopsis of my experience so far:

1. Researched several companies as to what do I want to do when I grow up after I retire; either in aviation or out in the non-flying world. After reading this entire thread in July and speaking with folks who fly for Atlas I was dead set on Atlas.

3. Applied when the hiring window first opened in August.

4. Updated my resume/PAQ twice (Oct) and Dec. I never received any feedback regarding whether it was received or not. Though I did try to call several times in December.

5. Received the call from HR on Friday.

A reiteration of a recent post:
30 minutes
How do you feel about 17 continuous days on the road. What about up to 21 if you are extended?
What do you know about Atlas?
How did you learn about Atlas?
What do you know about ACMI?
What does CRM mean to you?
Have you ever failed a check ride or evaluation?
Have you ever had an aircraft incident or FAA violation? I answered no to the violation and yes to the incident. I briefly explained the system failure which occurred, how we handled it as a crew and how I used it as an opportunity to teach others should this ever occur again since it was a very unforseen circumstance not trained for in the simulators.
Can you tell me about a time you used CRM in a difficult situation?
Do you know about our gateway basing and ticket purchasing?
Do you have any training/checkride failures?
Did you apply to any other companies?
Do you have any questions about Atlas or the process?

Just be honest with all your answers and things will go fine.

6. Spent all day Saturday reviewing and researching the topics listed throughout this thread. (I had been reading various topics over the past few months, but when that call comes from the coach that it's time to get in the game, the blood pressure goes up)

7. Completed the test today: I completed the test on my iMAC. No issues.
In addition to the test I completed the NHPS form by printing the form. Filling it out and then scanning it back it to email in. I was unable to fill out the form on either the Windows or the MAC computer.

Now at this point I would like 2 things in life:
1. An interview
2. The Redskins to beat Dallas tonight in the game of the season.

I feel very fortunate to have this opportunity and would like to thank all those on this forum who have provided very detailed information of the Atlas lifestyle, interview topics, testing, and Quality of Life. I'll be at the Hotel Christine next weekend. If you're there at the time, I'm buying.

Happy New Year and Fly Safe
