All of our FO's do their ATP rides in the right seat, including taxi (using brakes, not tiller). The ATP is not seat-specific.

The only time FO's need to know CA flows is if you have an FO-FO sim training team and they are switching seats. That should not apply on a type/ATP ride, you should have a CA or instructor in the left seat.
