Hey Guys quit hating!!! I was rejected by Younited with L1011 widebody time and I was a 727 Capt at an airline from IND at the time.Oh by the way that was my second interview and I had reccs from white friends.I got hired at AMR/Eagle at the time with 3900 hours and 1800 multi,plus an ATP. I'm sick of hearing my fellow aviators cry foul when they see someone of another color or sex in the seat they THINK they deserve.As a fomer interviewer I suggest concentrate on selling yourself if you get an interview not blame others for your failure
