What I'm referring to would never be in the book....he would hope and pray they never saw the light of day, again.

I'm sure it's an entertaining read. Imagine a book by Jeff Smisek titled "UAL CEO!," replete with jacket-cover photo of Jeff in a g-suit, with helmet, standing on the trading-floor of Wall Street, with a trail of $100-bills littering the floor behind him, and his VP-minions grovelling at his feet. You'd read a book like that and say "Wow, Jeff is an awesome guy. He orchestrated the biggest airline merger in history, is CEO of the airline, and his employees love him because he refers to them, and himself, as 'co-workers.'"

Except, you wouldn't, because you'd say "Wait a minute, I know the truth about this guy....."
