The old contract they had till noon the day prior to assign you flying. Every day you had flying.
Not correct. I even remember that from my time years ago. I was a CKA back then. They only had until noon the first day... If you are now in the hook for noon each day that is a change.
If you had a 4 day trip you only had to check until noon the day before it started. No assignment, 4,data off with pay. Sounds like a big big change to me. Especially if you are a commuter.
