Awac is much different than most of the other regionals in how its run mainly because its a privately held company. Merger with psa doughtful.. with piedmont defintely not..... awac got the flying it has now from investing in usairways's last merger. If the american merger does happen i think things will look very good for awac cause theyll invest in the merger and either continue the flying they have or gain more. Awac is most likely by far the richest regional airline in america in terms of cash on hand.
