Can you elaborate on these concerns? I'm just curious. Seems like unless you are on a first name basis with a rep or march your butt up there to the office and demand info, you are kind of in the dark on everything.
I get more info from this forum than from the MEC. Of course I believe about 8% of it but it's still more.
