L-ASA guys, I think our chances of keeping Flight Line PBS has vanished. All signs point to the company supporting Smartpref. If L-XJT is able to back out of their No PBS stance, we can meet them in the middle by letting Flight Line go.
Finally someone gets it! You know you have a successful negotiation when both sides are a little unhappy. LXJT pilots will not be very happy about losing line bidding, LASA pilots will not be happy about losing flightline....bingo, thats a negotiation! Instead of both sides being mad about what they lost, lets ban together and get the best work rules we possibly can for whatever neutral system we can agree on!
