grown ups table, I don't see it happening.

Now that's funny. The "lack" of experience that your team has in negotiation speaks for itself. How many contracts have you negotiated? Oh, that's right 1. Your first one when you came into ALPA that was about 2003. Then there was the "givebacks", no Section 6, in 2007 approx. When you guys where with the CAL independents they did most of the work for you. Where you even flying in 1996?
This is the classic irrelevant conclusion fallacy. You said that the ASA MEC will be required to be in these negotiations. I said that I don't believe so. Then you mention something from left field? Ok, whatever you say.
I guess the XJT pilots were right about the ASA pilots....It is us that need to get on board....They have gone from not wanting PBS at all to supporting a cheaper cost PBS that is supported by management and now they are giddy over the fact that the 70-90 seat payrate is going to be settled by an arbitrator shortly after the new Pinnacle rates hit the street.....
Bravo XJT MEC...You really showed us how to hold the line.
The good news with all of this is we will now be more cost competitive....Provided all of this passes the pilots now that almost everyone is going to hate the TA now....
You are getting the MEC mixed up with the pilots who post on these forums. All along your guys have never been interested in compromise. They have been negotiating in bad faith. Management is now punishing you guys AGAIN! Remember? You kept telling us how you've seen this before and soon enough we outdo find out that we shouldn't mess with Jerry? All along its been your guys making the same mistakes they made in the last contract negotiations. This is ALL your guys' doing. You made your bed so now sleep in it.
