The FAA didn't see the ownership rate, update rate, or use rate that it expected. Sole use (no paper) is on indefinite hold.
Of course they don't see it as its not required to be carried.
I have my own. Why would I carry something that is basically worthless? It has the FM, FOM, and gets email. Not worth it.....
