Parallels is very easy to use. close in performance to VMware but some prefer one over the other.
With Bootcamp you have to turn off the computer to boot to windows. Then turn off again to boot to Mac. Haven't used it. Heard it runs fastest but requires a separate partition on the HD. Don't know anyone that uses it.
8 gb of RAM is the min I would use with parallels or VMware for a good experience. 16 gb is fairly cheap to buy and install.
