Yep! They need 21 crews a month, but only have the ability to train 18. Some will begin training around May and have the rest of the summer off until flying begins!
So if I understand it correctly, if one is trained on the 717 but doesn't do their OE then you get paid the guarantee from your previous category while you wait?
