He's the moron for not understanding that ATL doesn't tell you a runway with the clearance- it is dependent off your RNAV SID.
Some guys are just wound too tight and forget that it's a two pilot operation. A favorite pastime of mine in a situation like that is to press the guys buttons. You know what makes him mad, so just... help him get there and enjoy the show!
