I feel ya...however, I respectfully disagree. Given what he had to go through not only to get his flying status re-instated, but family, friends, and being accepted back into the tribe of his Native-American heritage took alot of reconciliation on his and others part.

I'll check that one out, too.

About 2 yrs ago, I was having issues with getting correct information in terms of the process that I need to follow in order for the HIMS AME in the Miami area to take a look and see if they were able to help me. For reason(s) unknown, there was a breakdown in communication. I remember I Googled HIMS and got a list of airline HIMS Coordinators. I called the HIMS Coordinator for AE. Their initials are DA. I don't think that they are there any longer. Anyway, this person returned my call and said to expect a call from the HIMS AME in Miami. Sure enough, 20 minutes later I got the call from Miami. This person @ AE didn't even know me from adam and they went out on a limb for me. When I do get my first regional or Part 135 job, they'll be one of the first to know.

That's how the first 100 did it. Well, worship service combined with reading, studying, and the application of Holy Scripture and Scriptual principles to one's lifestyle. The famous portrait of Dr. Bob & Bill W. talking to AA#3 (Bill Dotson...the guy sitting on the bed), was painted in 1937. The 1st ed of the Big Book came out in 1939. Guess what book they were reading from in the portrait? You guessed right!

Btw, that's "how it works" for me!!!!!
