Log in again and look at the "enrolled courses" tab. It should show "passed". If it's no longer there, look at the "reports" tab and choose "active and expired" and press "search". One of those methods should find your test and show "passed". Good luck.
Once you know you got credit and passed, I suggest sending an email to the HR person who sent you the link and tell them it's complete.
Thank you very much. You just made my day. I saw that I passed when I finished and the mastery score 40 really made my heart sink because I new I did better than that and then the error message. I had been bothered by it all night as Atlas is my number one choice and it fits into my quality of life well. I logged in this morning as you suggested and saw my score 97 and that it had been recorded correctly. I was glad to see it wasn't 40. Now I can leave today on my stepsons wedding cruise and enjoy myself. I will gladly answer a very expensive phone call if I get the call. Thanks everyone the information on this thread is spot on.
