I have come to terms with this. It's unfortunately the way the system has to un-do years of bad juju. If I have to lose my job so that others in the long term future are set, so be it. I won't fight it that's for sure. How could anyone think that it's the norm to just go through flight training, graduate, and start flying jets while management can't hire you fast enough. There is something wrong with that picture. It was a false system that was only temporary. Times up.....
