What do you mean agreement? Delta now owns Pinnacle....they can do whatever they want. They can shut it down tomorrow if they want. Are you saying they have to honor an agreement they have with themselves? Pinnacle is now a Delta subsidiary...wholly owned. There are no more agreements, CPAs, ect. Delta can keep them or shut them down whenever they want.....they own them.
That's the part they don't understand. I just can't fathom that 1400'ish pilots are going to be jobless regardless, yet they still checked the yes box on the ballot.
