When we boarded our flight to head back there weren't any crew meals nor were there any for the crew that brought the plane to us! All these little, mistakes or miscues or whatever you want to cal them seem so trivial until they happen to you and or you were counting on the company doing there job. We sure get hammered to do ours.....
You don't need a kiosk. Check in on delta.com, change your seat to what you want in coach and list for a upgrade. You never have to talk to a agent.
