From recent experience it seems that ~50% have been getting through. Mind you, that is a SWAG from just keeping in touch with folks from my interview group and talking with others. It may be more than that, probably not much less, unless HR really dropped the ball on one days worth of interviewees. Don't sweat the percentages, or your qualifications. We have folks in our class that run the gamut of experience and age. If you get the interview, just remember they are looking for people (in the words of some of the interviewers) who they can trust with a $300 million jet on the backside of the world, and someone who can you can get along with for 12 hours in a cockpit.
