More than likely, it's not going to matter as you're in a three year seat lock as per CBA 24.K.3. However, the Company can release seat locks at their leisure. So hopefully, they'll get you in the system before too long.
New hires cannot switch airplanes but may want to bid a different base when openings are created during a vacancy bid. The standing bid is used for both aircraft type and bases.
