FYI, crew planning has made zero adjustments to their planned manning with the new contract. The net job loss was costed out at 108 jobs however the new FTDT regs will offset most or all of that. It also appears the company will not ask for any contractual changes for the new rules and will operate under the current contract.
The Company may not ask for contractual changes for the new rules, but DALPA will offer changes. Isn't that how we roll, constructive engagement and all....
