Without getting into a silly mil-vs-civ debate....

IMHO, having flown with both "low time" pilots (interns or otherwise) and "1000hr fighter guys", it depends more on the individual than the hours in the logbook. 90% of are just fine and it's the other 10% that fill out both ends of the bell curve.
