So if they do this, and alter the CBA what are they doing for the rest of us here?
Well the truth will hurt even more. They want to pay the flow thurs to flow to AA. Yes the union wants to give cash to them like a grant to supplement the crAApy first year pay at AA. If the company will do this, then they will agree to the bigger bonus and dropping first year pay (temporarily of course).
As for the rest of us, well we get to live with our wonderful contract that 75% of our group voted in.
