Well I have good news, you will not find a 25 year old RJ Captain (except maybe GOjets.) Most places have a 6-8 year upgrade right now, and most people have been getting hired around 24-30. At Eagle I flew with ONE guy in 2 years that was 26, almost 27, and he is back in the right seat now (great guy btw). I don't think I have flown with anyone else under 30, and most are over 35. I think we are fairly on par with Skywest/Expressjet, PNCL, and Skywest.
Just trying to point out, that most newer RJ upgrades are 35 (and they are younger!), the average are about 40. The last decade has left its mark at the commuters with long upgrades, and limited options to move on.
