This is a great attitude to have. You realize something that few in the same situation realize, that "flying" does not necessarily mean you have to be a commercial airline pilot.
I once was in that mad rush to the right seat, when I was younger... I imagine most that are, are younger and want to get on the boat before it sails away. Luckily (for me), I also have a job in my other passion, and that is technology. So maybe that plays a role in me being ok with slowing it down a bit... My company really improved over the past few years, and I work with some great people that I like to call family at this point. I imagine most people with SJS have nothing else going on in their lives, so they want to just get on with it... Understandable given that situation.
