Mostly true. They couldn't fill 767 FO or 320 FO in IAH. Still 10 open 320 FO positions on the January monthly bid in IAH.
The UAL pilots have already established lives in the UAL bases so why move to NY or IAH to fly something we can fly already? The pilots who bid theses bases were mostly Texas commuters looking for an easier commute.
