A job at Atlas these days is highly competitive...I don't know how tough it is to get on at Omni.
Here's a solution...get on at Omni, get some big airplane time (assuming you don't have any), and as soon as your OE is done at Omni, start calling friends at Atlas, and apply at
Atlas Air, Inc.
