I don't really keep in touch with anyone there on a regular basis anymore. But if it is, it would seem that actual contract language contradicts this "vault letter," and contractual language would take precedent. If the actual legal document requires them to meet normal Delta hiring minimums, then I fail to see how a "secret letter" is going to do anything.
