My post was a reply to the assertion that ownership does not matter ... it does.
It doesn't matter with regards to collective bargaining if you are separate bargaining units. The fact that CMR was wholly owned is irrelevant to the fact that they unilaterally engaged in direct negotiations with Delta Air Lines in 2007 securing a fleet commitment.
The Pinnacle Bridge Agreement does not set a precedent, it's happened before with CMR.
