What else I am studying in preparation for the test, in addition to reading the Atlas thread:
1. ATP question bank. ASA's iOS app is only $9.99.

Everything Explained for the Professional Pilot, by Richie Lengel. (This is one everyone should have a copy of in their library!) The 9th edition is the current one. It can be found in the high $40's to low $50's.
