Pretty decent place to work. You work up to 16 days per 28 day bid period. While it's possible to work the 16 days straight, you generally work 8 on, 6 off. About half of the flying is domestic flights out of BAX's Toledo hub and the rest of the flying is international (a lot of which is done by the senior folks).
How long on reserve? Do reserve guys sit at home or at the Clarion in TOL? Retirements? How are the BAX schedules? Any other info you can provide to an RJ Captain looking to cross over to the cargo world would be greatly appreciated
