Just curious, any plans on dropping the 2 year training contract. That might help getting some people in the door, let alone maybe some with some experience.
I would not let the contract keep you from interviewing here. I do not believe that they enforce it at all. Besides, who cares, upgrade in 2 years and the company is still growing.
