Don't sweat the sim. Basic situational awareness, ILS, Holding steep turns, keep the shiny side up. Practice any ILS and hold don't concentrate on gouge material. Do the basics. You will do fine.

I'll third the Attitude. We ARE different then your average pilot bunch. That's what I was looking for when I was regional hunting. I really wanted to be flying with these guys. "There is a culture of safety here, that we will protect." You bet we will!
