They cry a lot...are very fragile..and whine when they don't get per diem or the hotel where they have their frequent stay points. They challenge the IPs and they will let an O5 take out the trash in the pilot office while they sit there talking about Youtube....and then after you rain hell upon them (like most of us got when we were Lts)...they get upset...and you have to stop...or you'll "hurt" them...awwww.
