I'll third the Attitude. We ARE different then your average pilot bunch. That's what I was looking for when I was regional hunting. I really wanted to be flying with these guys. "There is a culture of safety here, that we will protect." You bet we will!

I'll see your attitude and raise you another attitude! Yes, attitude is important, in the HR/Technical interview and in the simulator session. That sim is a very attitude friendly device, so keep that indicator in your scan.
Attitude in the interview is VERY important. Part of that is honesty and humility.
